- Wrote CDBG- Disaster Recovery Action Plan for the Division of Housing and Neighbourhood Development for Polk County, FL— Hurricanes Charley, Frances, Ivan and Jeanne
- Managed disaster housing mortgage assistance program and Disbursed $4Million Dollars in mortgage assistance in six months – Hurricane Sandy Maintenance and deactivation of over 1,100 temporary housing units in Southeast Texas — Hurricane Ike.
- Appealed denials of PA grants on behalf of local governments, school districts and private non-profit entities that secured over $25 Million Dollars in federal disaster aid initially denied by FEMA – Hurricanes Fran, Floyd, Charley, Frances, Ivan and Jeanne
- Wrote and administered over $300 Million in FEMA HMGP Acquisition or Elevation Project Grants — Hurricanes Fran and Floyd Managed the $20 Million Dollar Hertford County (NC) Buyout Project (acquired 80 homes and a 30-unit mobile home park and relocated all residents within six (6) months) – Tropical Storm Allison
- Managed the $5 Million Dollar Town of Sharpsburg Tenant Relocation Project (provided relocation assistance – rental assistance, moving expenses and advisory services- to approx. 60 families in nine (9) months) –Hurricane Floyd
- Supervised implementation of twenty-four (24) state-wide unmet housing needs projects with budget of over $50 Million Dollars – Hurricanes and Tropical Storms of 2004
- Maintenance and deactivation of over 4,000 temporary housing units in Hancock and Harrison County, Mississippi
- Managed the $5 Million Dollar Town of Sharpsburg Tenant Relocation Project (provided relocation assistance – rental assistance, moving expenses and advisory services- to approx. 60 families in nine (9) months) – Hurricane Floyd
- Wrote CDBG Multi-Jurisdictional Disaster Recovery Action Plan for the Division of Housing and Neighborhood Development for Polk County, FL and its eight municipal partners, won over $4 Million Dollars in community development funding — Hurricanes Charley, Frances, Ivan and Jeanne
